VMM Out-of-Warranty Support
Process:

Customer sends VMM, payment and signed Repair Authorization Form to Teradyne.

Once received, unit will undergo inspection to ensure the unit doesn't have excessive damage (e.g. crushed by a vehicle, fire or water damage).

All Cables, Adapters and Transducers

Customers should contact 1-800-ROTUNDA (768-8632). Select Option 1 [Diagnostics] then Option 1 [IDS] to purchase any replacement cables, adapters or tranducers.

All purchases of cables, adapters or transducers come with a 90-day warranty.
